Hill Air Force Base has three fitness areas that offer a variety of equipment to meet your fitness needs. In addition, an outdoor track and a 5K hard surface scenic trail that circles Centennial Park and the Duck Pond are located on the south side of the base.

Classes & Events

Fitness Improvement Program Class Descriptions

Classes are geared toward Airman PT Readiness, but ALL are FREE and open to EVERYONE!

Bodyweight

A 40-minute conditioning and total body strength workout with absolutely zero equipment. Bodyweight training utilizes body weight to create resistance for the muscles to work against gravity, emphasizing the connection between the mind and the body.

Cardio + ABS

Up to a 40-minute training session combining one or several forms of cardio and abs. Cardio training that can consist of explosive and endurance cardio options.

F.B.A (Full Body Aesthetics)

Workouts focused on Aesthetics. Full-body workouts or a combination of a Push/Pull split. 60-minute training session focused on movements to sculpt your muscles.

FMC Concept

The process of being physically and mentally capable to perform your mission every day, using a combination of bodyweight, kettlebells, cardio and metabolic resistance training.

H.I.W.T (High Intensity Weight Training)

Up to 40 minutes in length, includes lots of conditioning, lighter weights, higher reps and core work all mixed together. Great option for anyone looking to burn extra calories and tone up.

KB Basics

Learn proper technique for the 4 basic kettlebell movements and how to incorporate them into your strength & conditioning routines.

Minimal Equipment + Mobility

40-minute intense workouts developed around the use of minimal equipment. Partnered with mobility training to develop control, build strength and increase range of motion within your joints.

S.S. Cardio

Steady state cardio session up to 45 minutes in length, working at an intensity of 60 – 70% of your max heart rate.

Warbird Crossfit

Varied functional movements performed at high intensity, scaled to each individual’s fitness level.

Zumba

Get ready to dance your worries away with Zumba! Join us for exhilarating, fast-paced classes filled with current music
and high-energy moves that’ll have you feeling accomplished and invigorated. Zumba isn’t just a workout— it’s therapy
for the mind, body, and soul. Say goodbye to your troubles and hello to a healthier, happier you on the dance floor!

FMC Fitness

Get stronger and increase your conditioning using kettlebell exercises like the

  • Deadlift

  • Snatch

Boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce, WARRIOR Combat includes high intensity intervals, stress-melting strength training, and music driven fight combinations. This empowering class makes you feel confident and strong.

Warrior Strength

WARRIOR Strength is for all levels and all types who want to sweat and feel their muscles burn! 30-minutes of HIIT with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, designed for maximal caloric expenditure! 30-minutes of mobility and strength that will tighten, tone, lengthen and sculpt your muscles!

Strong Nation

Strong nation™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation.

In every class, music and moves sync perfectly to push you beyond your limits.

Warrior Rhythm

WARRIOR Rhythm is like no other with sections of HIIT, weight lifting and unconventional rebel yoga flows! It’s a roller coaster ride that will leave you breathless, feeling strong, and graceful as we move to the music. DESIGNED FOR EVERY BODY with muscle building, heart pumping, mobility and flexibility training all in one FUN, Rhythmic experience!

Intramural Sports

Intramural Sports are open to DOD ID Card holders 18 years of age and are assigned/attached to Hill AFB.

Letters of Intent announcing the programs, inviting units to participate, and detailing the coaches meeting are
sent to Unit Sport Representative and/or First Sergeants.
