Sponsorships and donations go a long way for the Air Show and we are grateful for your interest in supporting this enormous event! All of the funds from our sponsors, gets utilized for air show enhancements that keep the show free to attendees. While you aren’t allowed to sell as a sponsor, it allows you to reach people in mass and get you the exposure you are looking for!

Billboard Advertising
Digital Display - $500
5 second logo display on a 12×7 digital display in a high traffic area at the Air Show near the Hill Yeah Hanger area.
Your company logo will rotate with other supporting businesses, building your brand awareness to thousands of people.
(Only for the Air Show)
Barricade Display - $500
Crowd control at large events are always a challenge. We turn that challenge into an experience by providing opportunities for people to see logos while they are walking.
A constant static display on barriers is a great way to place a logo for branding and a QR code for call to actions.
(At the Air Show and multiple 2024 Base Wide Events)
Unique Packages Custom / In-Kind
Custom Packages
Custom packages are typically larger in price ($25k+) and make a larger impact (bringing in planes to display, fireworks, etc.), depending on what you want to accomplish.
You want to support the staff behind the scenes by providing food and drinks? We can build you that package! Want to pay for a static air plane displays for more people to experience while getting your brand in front of thousands of people? We can do that!
Bottom line is, if you want to make a greater impact, be exclusive in your industry (pending current agreements), we have opportunities for you!
In-Kind
Do you really want to participate at the air show but you aren’t sure you can make it or have the funds for a larger package? You can potentially trade services for sponsorship space if we decide it can benefit the cause of the air show. If it’s a direct enhancement to our event, we can usually find a win-win!
We also have opportunities for donations, examples such as:
- Bottled water for staff
- Food/Snacks/Beverages
- Money/free coupons (no discounts or bogos)
- Sunscreen, ear plugs, etc.
Food Vendors

Private Organizations
Anything non-food related must go through our Accounting Office. Click the button below for more details.
