Allocations & Funding

$13.50 per person for recreation equipment, rentals, venue admission, or activity fees (i.e. bowling, golf, paintball, escape rooms, crafts)

• Requires pre-approval through C3/Air Force Services
• MUST BE TAX EXEMPT
• Equipment, rentals, entertainment, tickets, etc.
• Examples: HAFB Bowling Center, Hubbard Golf Course, Outdoor Recreation Rentals, Boondocks, Rush Fun Plex, Photo Booth Rental, Pumpkin Carving, Gingerbread house contests, nonfood items.

$5 per person for food and/or beverage during event (alcoholic beverages prohibited).

• Requires pre-approval through C3/Air Force Services
• MUST BE TAX EXEMPT
• Excludes alcoholic beverages
• Must be used in conjunction with teambuilding
• Examples: Pizza, Subway, burger burns, ice cream bar, chili cook off, BBQ’s, etc

Disbursement requires C3 and AFSVC pre-approval. 

Eligibility

All military and civilian (GS & NAF) employees are eligible. Family members and contractors may join events at their own expense.

Once complete, Fill out UNITE Event Proposal Form and submit to Johanne.Bercher.1@us.af.mil 14-21 days prior to the event

Once approved, work with vendors and C3 to make tax exempt payment.

*Please note that this is not a reimbursement program. Do not obligate or spend money prior to approval.

Have fun and connect with colleagues.

Take photos, including a group photo (required) and submit to your UNITE POC.

Submit After-Action Report with group photo questionnaire (Required) to C3 – Johanne.Bercher.1@us.af.mil
