Once selected as a trunk, you will receive additional details on schedule and space allotted. We only have 40 spots available.
This form is for people or units interested in setting up a trunk at Haunting on the Hill.
Please note that companies interested in representing themselves at the event MUST go through the Marketing Office for sponsorship and should not fill out this form. Call (801) 775-2084 to set up sponsorship. Any non-registered companies that advertise at the event will be asked to leave.
Participants are asked to not bring any additional outside candy or toys to hand out, (unless previously approved by the Hill FSS Marketing Office). The Hill FSS will provide all candy for trunks to hand out at this event. Limited to 40 trunks.
Spooktacular Halloween Video!
Calling all Halloween enthusiasts! We’re creating a spooktacular Halloween Greetings Compilation, and we want YOU to be part of it for our Haunting on the Hill Trunk or Treat on *New* mobile billboard! (Eeeee!)
Whether you’re a witch, wizard, vampire, or zombie, we invite you to send us your 5-20 second video clips saying “Happy Halloween” or sharing your most creative Halloween greetings.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
1:Record a short video (5-20 seconds).
2: Say “Happy Halloween” or share your unique Halloween greetings.
3:Upload your video on HillFSS.com/Haunting/#Video
The best entries will be featured in our spine-tingling Halloween Compilation video! Plus, you might just win a bewitching surprise of an FSS Gift Card!!

Submission Rules
- Videos should be creative, family-friendly, and appropriate for all ages.
- Videos should be between 5 to 20 seconds in length.
- Accepted video formats include MP4, MOV, or AVI.
- Submitted videos must be original content created by the person(s) submitting them.
- Submissions must be sent in by Tues 10 Oct by noon.
- By submitting a video, you grant permission for its use in promotional material related to “Haunting on the Hill!”
- Do not submit videos that contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content, including profanity, violence, or hate speech.
- If the video features individuals other than the submitter(s), ensure you have their consent to use their likeness in the video.
- All submissions must adhere to these rules. Non-compliant submissions may be disqualified. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these guidelines or for any other reason deemed necessary.
If video will not submit, please email it to digitalmedia.75FSS@gmail.com with your first and last name & your military office or organization if representing one. By submitting a video via email, you grant permission for its use in promotional material related to “Haunting on the Hill!”
